Those staying in Wiltshire cottages this November have the opportunity to learn how to make Michelin Star quality food from local ingredients, a different kind of souvenir to take home with you.
On 7th November, Chef Peter Vaughan from Vaughan’s Kitchen Cookery School in Devizes will be showing visitors how to use sausages and ale to make a delicious dish which is perfect for the autumn and winter season. Learn how to make amazing mashed potatoes and a delicious sauce to go with the classic sausages and mash.
Tom Kinderman, a local pig farmer, will also give a short talk on sausage making and reveal some of the ingredients and processes of mass-produced sausages. Real ales will also be on hand to sample alongside your sausages and mash, making the evening both a lovely dinner and fascinating demonstration at the same time.
