Really really nice!
This is such a lovely cottage. We loved it so much we really didn't want to leave! Everything is top-notch, very clean, cozy, warm, the shower is great and everything works wonderfully. The owners Clare and Jeremy and their children are very kind and generous people. We didn't have a car so Clare helped us buy groceries before we arrived and offered to give us lift to town. Thank you Clare for such a wonderful wonderful stay.Guest's review on TripAdvisor, 13 March 2017. 5 of 5 stars.
We stayed here for a week and found the cottage to be very comfortable and well positioned. It is well placed for visiting a variety of National Trust properties and is only minutes from Tunbridge Wells. Although not really within walking distance, there was a decent pub in Frant. This is definitely a place to recommend.Guest's review on TripAdvisor, 1 March 2017. 5 of 5 stars.

Beautiful cottage. Highly recommended.
Our stay at Granary Cottage was amazing and really felt like 'our home'. The cottage is located away from Clare's (the owner) house and privacy was respected at all times. The cottage is furnished to a very high spec and is very comfortable. We have recommended Granary Cottage to friends and will definitely come back in future.Guest's review on TripAdvisor, 27 February 2017. 5 of 5 stars.
A few days away in Granary Cottage
My wife's and my stay at Granary Cottage was excellent. Excellent accommodation, well equipped and perfectly located for enjoyable pub meals (too many to choose from during our three-night stay), walks and trips to various National Trust places-of-interest (Bodiam Castle, Batemans, Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst Castle, etc.) and just relaxing in a highly relaxing environment. Lovely cottage with everything we needed plus a very nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! Will be returning - highly recommended.Guest's review on TripAdvisor, 27 February 2017. 5 of 5 stars.

Charming Cottage in a great location
My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Granary Cottage for 3 weeks whilst we were in-between moving houses. The cottage is in a perfect location, close to amenities but far enough out to feel rural. Clare the owner has done a fantastic job of ensuring the cottage is equipped with everything you need, from a garlic crusher to a clothes airer should you feel the need to do some washing on your break! The cottage has been decorated to a high standard and is clean and fresh and promotes a relaxing environment for a great break away. Thoroughly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay in a great location!Guest's review on TripAdvisor, 14 February 2016. 5 of 5 stars.
Fabulous cottage in Southern England
Granary Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Well located in a quiet rural setting close to amenities and Tunbridge Wells. The cottage was very well presented, warm, cosy and comfortable. Clare has thought of everything and equipped the cottage with everything you might need especially for those who like to cook. The little extras such as the fruit and lovely biscuits were very welcome. We have stayed in many cottages throughout the world over the years and this rates as one of the best - well done Clare.Guest's review on TripAdvisor, 01 October 2015. 5 of 5 stars.
