The pretty village of Buckland Monachorum is one mile away. Recently converted, the barn is a 200 year old stone 'linhay' and now provides accommodation of a high standard. You'll be able to enjoy complete privacy, giving a real 'away from it all' feel.
All the rooms are at ground floor level and are bright and well equipped, offering plenty of home comforts. A great base for a relaxing holiday in this tranquil part of the West Country.

Hilly Field Barn is set amid peaceful, rolling farmland, within the grounds of the owners' property and close to the western edge of Dartmoor and is perfectly located for exploring this lovely part of Devon with the River Tavy just below, the moor just a few minutes away on foot, and superb walks and rides all around.
The famous Garden House is close by, as are Morwellham Quay, Buckland Abbey (once home to Sir Francis Drake) and historic National Trust properties such as Cotehele.
All the attractions of Plymouth and the beaches of South Devon and North Cornish coasts are an easy drive. Yelverton, two miles, caters for local shopping needs while Tavistock, an important market town, is eight miles away.
