ACCOMMODATION
Shared entrance from quiet side-street to lobby. One flight of stairs leads up to the apartment. Entrance into small hallway.
Living Room/Dining Room with sofa, two armchairs, TV/DVD, electric fire and dining table/chairs.
Kitchen, fully fitted and well equipped with halogen hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washer/dryer.
Bedroom One with double bed (4ft 6), dressing table and wardrobe.
Bedroom Two with twin beds.
Family Bathroom/WC with separate electric shower over bath.
Outside
Unfortunately there is no outside space for guests to use.
WiFi broadband. Sorry no pets. No smoking. Children welcome. Space for visitors' own cot. Allocated parking for one car in private courtyard. Weekly lets between 13/07 & 31/08/18 starting on a Friday - short breaks of 3 nights or more may be available during this period if booked within 60 days of arrival.
