"Beautiful, comfortable cottage. Well equipped & with all the essentials provided - many thanks for that. Well located for exploring. Here is some of what we did: Hawkley Inn walk - quite demanding, especially coming back. Winchester - flying visit. Portsmouth Historic docks - great but would have needed more time. Hinton Ampner - National Trust property nearby - really good. Bike ride in New Forest, from Brockenhurst - lovely. We were busy!"

"We've thoroughly enjoyed our week in this little charming cottage. The fireplace was enjoyable to use and the garden has received a good deal of care, making it a delight to be in. Our cat also seemed to enjoy chattering with the local birds - she is a talker rather than a hunter. Winchester was quite beautiful. This was our first time in Hampshire - we were impressed. We discovered some great pub food nearby, including the Thomas Lord and The Hawkley Inn. All in all a great holiday in a very nice part of England. Thank you!"
