Graden House is situated in Tisbury's attractive village high street. This really is an exceptionally presented grand house with lots of space, ideal for large family gatherings, special occasions and celebration weekends. Laid out over three floors, it offers a huge reception room on the ground floor akin to stepping into a very grand hotel lobby and on the second floor a beautifully equipped kitchen with convivial dining area opening out into a further cosy sitting room upstairs. There are five big bedrooms, across three floors and three luxurious bath/shower rooms. If you are looking for an impressive space, then this is it, with all amenities on your doorstep.
Graden House combines style and comfort with excellent facilities. The decor, a pleasing mix of contemporary and more traditional styles, reflects the owners' interest in art and literature. The walls are hung with fabulous paintings and there's a wide variety of books for guests to dip into.
Entrance hall with double doors leading into a very large, stylishly furnished Drawing Room with ample comfortable seating, a large woodburning stove and a baby grand piano - a wonderful room in which to congregate.

The approach to Graden House sets the tone perfectly for your stay - as you make your way through the large stone gateway and drive past the beautifully clear Fonthill Lake you cannot help but relax. The house makes an excellent base for exploring this scenic and highly sought after corner of southern England, surrounded by countryside and falling within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You have your choice of picturesque villages to explore all of which are all similarly beautiful. Visitor attractions are also plentiful, with the cathedral city of Salisbury, Stonehenge and the New Forest National Park, all within a 40 minute drive.
Being the largest village in Wiltshire's Nadder Valley, Tisbury itself has a lot to recommend it. With a range of friendly independent shops and the well recommended local Deli, Butcher and fishmonger, ideal for stocking up on supplies to rustle up a meal in every chefs ideal Kitchen. Quaint tea rooms, where you can go to enjoy some freshly baked goods are scattered throughout the main streets.
For art enthusiasts in the family there is Messums Gallery and art centre which offers regular exhibition days and is open to the public every Wednesday to Sunday. Messums offer a unique space for artists and collectors alike to gather and enjoy the selection of individually crafted items from UK based artists.
