Hay on Wye Holiday Cottages

Straddling the English/Welsh border, Hay on Wye is a historic town which has had its fair share of battles over the centuries. It’s found at the north end of the Black Mountains (Offa’s Dyke path runs through the town) with plenty of opportunities for walking and fine views – a trip up to Hay Bluff is a must whether by car or on foot. Also known for its world famous bookshops, the annual literary festival in May attracts visitors from miles around. There is an abundance of independently run shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes.
