Nestled to the side of an impressive 18th century country house, South Cottage is tucked away on the edge of the village of East Lavant with stunning views across the Lavant Valley to Goodwood Racecourse in the distance.
It could not be a more ideal location if you are heading to the Racecourse or Goodwood Race circuit in Chichester.
Chichester is only two miles away with its impressive Cathedral, theatre, boutique shops and annual arts festival.
The coast is a 20 minute drive away.
There is a public footpath running close to the front door and a choice of good walks.The property has been refurbished to a high standard by the owners to ensure guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
From the lovely light living room with French doors out into the pretty garden to the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you might expect to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
