    “Perfect base for exploring Wiltshire.”

The house was well equipped and comfortable - if a little dated. Plenty of space and a good sized private garden. The underfloor heating was not controllable by the guests - and we found it a bit cold. But there is a coal-effect gas fire in the sitting room, which we did eventually get to work! Loads to visit and explore nearby, including Stonehenge. Great local history books in the house too.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you had a comfortable stay. The owner has advised, for the heating, there is a thermostat in each room, which can be adjusted. There is an information folder in the kitchen, providing instructions on how to use the gas fire, and all other appliances. We are glad that you made the most of exploring the local area. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner
