    Mr Parker

“We were warmly welcomed by the site manager Ray who quickly gave us all the essential information.”

The welcome pack was lovely and lasted us all week. The property is opulent luxury in a beautiful tranquil spot. We couldn't have wished for a better place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

The welcome pack was lovely and lasted us all week. The property is opulent luxury in a beautiful tranquil spot. We couldn't have wished for a better place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. On top of that, everything that you could want to do is within a 30 minute drive. We will definitely return, probably with friends and family. *****

The property

The furnishings include a highly impressive, ornately carved four poster bed.

The interior is tastefully decorated in traditional Farrow and Ball colours and the spacious, open plan Living Room has a woodburner for cosy romantic evenings together.

Outside , the partly fenced garden area below the barn affords privacy without compromising the restful views across the valley.

Simply walk through the owners' land and you are in Hangman's wood, where you can walk for Miles undisturbed.

The views over the wooded hills of the Forest of Dean are not to be beaten.
