While people are invited to take part in a special sportive on Saturday 3 May, Sunday sees the return of the Wiltshire Grand Prix and offers a chance for crowds to see the big names from elite cycling take to the streets. Being held from 10-11 May on Marlborough Common, the Marlborough Food and Drink Festival aims to highlight the very best of local and national foods. With over 100 food and drink exhibitors already confirming their appearance at the event, the headline acts at the event are Antonio Carluccio and Gennaro Contaldo – familiar from their BBC cookery series entitled Two Greedy Italians.
