There’s so much going on in Wiltshire this summer, we can’t wait to get out and about and visit...
For a unique cider tasting experience, visitors need look no further than Herefordshire for a special Cider Tour of the county by minibus on 19th October.
Lovers of stunning English countryside and crisp cider will definitely want to hop on the minibus at the Discover Herefordshire Centre at 10am and begin a journey through the best cider spots in the entire county.
During the day, visitors will head to a number of cider makers, including learning about the story behind Henry Westons family business and how they came to produce some of the finest independently made cider and perry in the UK. Following this, there will be a traditional Ploughman’s pub lunch, a meal synonymous with quaint English country cottages, with cider enthusiast Matt Slocombe of the Crown Inn at Woolhope.
Walk around apple orchards and meet more cider, perry and apple juice makers in the afternoon before returning to the Discover Herefordshire Centre for 4.30pm. Pre-booking is essential for this great day out, so give Liz Hill a call on 01432 268430 to see the best cider in Herefordshire.
