Those staying in New Forest cottages in March can combine a great holiday with the chance to learn more about cooking and gardening at an event run by the Countryside Education Trust. For a morning of fun, learning and delicious food, Grow it, Cook it, Eat it! is the perfect event to take part in.

Jeanette Owens, a local expert on using home grown produce to enhance cooking, will be leading the session at the Out of Town Centre in Beaulieu and will be offering keen cooks and gardeners the chance to get some great tips on what to grow and when.

Billed as offering something for everyone who wants to make the most of their garden, booking is essential for this event. Grow it, Cook it, Eat it! will be happening on 9 March from 9.30am to 1pm and tickets can be booked on 01590 612401 at £20 per person, including refreshments.
