Are you planning on visiting Hampshire and The New Forest this summer? You’re in for a treat with all...
The Observatory Science Centre is one of the most popular attractions in East Sussex and a favourite with those enjoying a stay in holiday cottages in Sussex. This Easter, the observatory have organised a special treat that is both fascinating and delicious: the Easter Science Trail.
Staff at the observatory have organised an event which is an alternative to the traditional Easter Egg Hunt, but there is still plenty of chocolate to be had. Running from Good Friday on 29 March to Easter Monday on 1 April, kids and adults can follow a sheet of science questions which will lead visitors around the centre. If all of the answers are correct, then a mini Easter Egg will be the delicious chocolate prize!
In the spirit of spring, there is no extra charge for the trail; only normal admission prices apply. As well as the trail, a number of special telescope tours and more have been organised especially for the holiday, so a great day out can be had by all at the Observatory Science Centre.
