Short Breaks
Short Breaks are popular with many of our visitors, especially out of season when the roads are less busy. Properties which are available for short breaks read as *Short Breaks* at the end of the 'Services' section for each property description.
Short Breaks can be taken at the week-end or in mid-week but must be for a minimum duration of three nights.
Pricing
- For a 3 night stay, the price is calculated at 70% of the corresponding weekly rate, except for certain larger properties where this is normally 75% of the weekly rate.
- For a 4 night stay this is 80% of the corresponding weekly rate, or for large properties 85%.
- For a 5 night stay, this is 90% of the corresponding weekly rate or for large properties, 95%.
Notice Periods
- Short Breaks can be booked at any time in advance for the following pricing periods:-
27 September 2008 - 18 October 2008 1 November 2008 - 20 December 2008 3 January 2009 - 28 March 2009
- Short Breaks can only be booked within 4 weeks of the holiday for the following pricing periods :-
26 April 2008 - 24 May 2008 24 May 2008 - 31 May 2008 31 May 2008 - 14 June 2008 13 September 2008 - 27 September 2008
- Short Breaks can only be booked within 2 weeks of the holiday for the following pricing periods :-
14 June 2008 - 28 June 2008 28 June 2008 - 12 July 2008 12 July 2008 - 23 August 2008 23 August 2008 - 30 August 2008 30 August 2008 - 13 September 2008 18 October 2008 - 1 November 2008 20 December 2008 - 3 January 2009
There is sometimes flexibility over the notice period.
