Short Break Lead-In Times

Almost all our cottages can be booked for weekends or mid week breaks for a minimum of three nights. The lead-in times will vary from property to property but, generally speaking, winter short breaks (November through to March) can be booked any time in advance whereas for the summer months the notice period will be much closer to the holiday date. We can occasionally be flexible if you ask us.

The Availability Calendar for each property shows clearly when a short break can be booked (look for the white squares) and the Booking Menu underneath will indicate exactly what the price is for your chosen dates.

Short Break Pricing

For a 3 night stay, the price is calculated at 70% of the corresponding weekly rate, except for certain larger properties where this is normally 75% of the weekly rate.

For a 4 night stay, this is 80% of the corresponding weekly rate, or for large properties, 85%.

For a 5 night stay, this is 90% of the corresponding weekly rate, or for large properties, 95%.
