This apartment is part of a recently built, select waterside development by a stretch of the River Adur between Shoreham Harbour and the sea. Due to its location it is ideal for short-term, winter and corporate lets as well as for weekly bookings and short breaks. Being situated on the 4th floor, the apartment enjoys a bird's eye view of the river, of the wharf on the far side where there is always interest for the onlooker, and of the South Downs in the distance. A riverside walkway outside the development leads past small yachting basins to Shoreham Harbour. On the other side of the river, easily accessed by a pedestrian bridge and 5 minutes' walk away, is the town of Old Shoreham where pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities are available. There is also a main line rail station to London. Shoreham Beach, which is a mixture of shingle and sand, is just a few minutes' walk in the other direction from the apartment. Due to parking restrictions it is rarely crowded even in high summer.

Shoreham lies mid-way between the coastal resorts of Worthing (5 miles) and Brighton (7 miles) and is an ideal base from which to explore the Sussex coastline and the South Downs, which are designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is excellent walking on the South Downs Way, which runs from Winchester to Eastbourne. Shoreham Airport, which offers pleasure flights, and the leisure centre at Lancing are a short drive away and there are a number of good golf courses in the area. This part of Sussex is also rich in stately homes, gardens and museums, which include Bramber Castle, Parham House, Petworth House and the Royal Pavillion in Brighton.
