This delightful detached Georgian farmhouse is very peacefully situated amidst rolling farmland only a short drive from the traditional fishing villages of Looe and Polperro and a number of family friendly beaches. Offering extensive views over a valley from the upstairs bedrooms, it has been completely refurbished with loving care by its owners and provides a most welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore this easily accessible part of Cornwall. Only a 20 minute drive from Plymouth via the Tamar Bridge or Torpoint Car Ferry, you will find good shopping, the historic Plymouth Hoe and Barbican and the National Marine Aquarium.
This part of the county has a beautiful, undulating landscape. The road to the coast offers glimpses of sheltered inlets and wooded creeks contrasted with the exposed cliffs above stunning Whitsand Bay, one of the nearest sandy beaches. The world famous Eden Project is only a 40 minute drive away and offers an excellent family day out. There are numerous other attractions in the area including National Trust gardens and houses, the impressive St Mellion Country Club and golf course and Mount Edgcumbe House and Park.
Tredudwell Farmhouse occupies an elevated position in the heart of a small working farm. The interior is spacious and well equipped and lacks for nothing in terms of the facilities it offers.
