The Old Dairy is situated on a 60 acre farm where the owners keep sheep, cattle, chickens and ducks, in the heart of rolling Hampshire countryside, a mile and a half from the pretty village of West Tytherley. It has been converted with care from the former dairy and now provides an extremely spacious cottage.
There is much in the area to see and do. Within half an hour's drive are the historic cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester, Broadlands House, former home of Lord Mountbatten, Mottisfont Abbey and Garden, Marwell Zoo, Stonehenge and The New Forest, ideal for walking, riding, cycling and picnics. Also within easy driving distance is Portsmouth, home of the Tudor warship, The Mary Rose, and Nelson's H.M.S. Victory.
The Old Dairy has been restored so as to retain the character of a barn, with many exposed beams, timbers and interior brick walls. There are old pine and flagstone floors with rugs, and furnishings which reflect the more rustic style of a country barn.

Accommodation
Double door entrance into spacious kitchen/breakfast room open to the rafters. Utility room. Shower room/wc. Up two steps from kitchen to large, beamed sitting room with brick open fireplace containing a woodburner and double studio couch for alternative sleeping. Through double doors into large, beamed dining room with old pine table to seat 12. Down 3 steps into a family bedroom, converted from the former dairy, with a double bed, cot and optional put-u-up bed. En suite shower room/wc. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms - 1 double with extra single bed and optional put-u-up bed. Adjacent bathroom/wc. 2 further twin bedrooms and 1 single. Main Victorian style bathroom/wc.
Brick wall enclosed garden with original dairy yard, lawn and barbecue area.
