This very well appointed, modern self-contained annexe to a larger house is situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the Ringwood Forest.

This house is very conveniently located - the New Forest at Burley is a 5 to 10 minute drive, the South Dorset Coast (Mudeford Quay and the Avon Beach) about 15 to 20 minutes and the market town of Ringwood, which has a sports & leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, and a nearby dry ski slope just a mile and a half away. In Ashley Heath forest footpaths close to the property lead to Avon Heath Country Park and Moors Valley Country Park, which has a wealth of activities on offer - besides walking, cycling on the waymarked paths, play and picnic areas, there is a "Go Ape" and "Tree Top Trail", as well as an 18 hole golf course and coarse fishing on the Moors Lake.

All at ground level, the Garden Annexe is completely self-contained and is accessed from the driveway parking area to one side of the main house.
