Enormous care has been taken in the conversion of this old coach house which stands in a quiet, attractive courtyard setting opposite the former village rectory.

The village of West Grimstead lies between Salisbury (6 miles) and Winchester (16 miles) and is within easy driving distance of The New Forest's northern boundary. Other nearby attractions include Broadlands House (former home of Lord Mountbatten) and Mottisfont Abbey, with its famous rose garden. For children there is Romsey Rapids, and Marwell Zoo. Southampton (15 miles) provides an excellent shopping centre.

The Coach House combines character and charm with a high degree of comfort. The heavily beamed and timbered bedroom with its sloping ceilings is particularly impressive.
