This is all at 4th floor level, with fittings and furnishings to very high specifications. Spacious sitting/dining room with excellent views from the French casement doors, which open to a decorative, wrought iron balcony railing. Single sofa bed for alternative sleeping only. Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms - one double with en suite shower room and one with a drawer bed offering one or two single beds. Bathroom/w.c. with separate shower above the bath.

This apartment is part of a recently built, select waterside development by a stretch of the River Adur between Shoreham Harbour and the sea. Being situated on the 4th floor, it enjoys a bird's eye view of the river, where there is always interest for the onlooker, and of the South Downs in the distance. A riverside walkway outside the development leads past small yachting basins to Shoreham Harbour. On the other side of the river, easily accessed by a pedestrian bridge and 5 minutes' walk away, is the town of Old Shoreham where pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities are available. There is also a main line rail station to London. Shoreham Beach, which is a mixture of shingle and sand, is just a few minutes' walk in the other direction from the apartment. Due to parking restrictions it is rarely crowded even in high summer.

Shoreham lies mid-way between the coastal resorts of Worthing and Brighton and is an ideal base from which to explore the Sussex coastline and the South Downs, which are designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is excellent walking on the South Downs Way, which runs from Winchester to Eastbourne. Sussex is also rich in stately homes, gardens and museums, which include Bramber Castle, Parham House, Petworth House and the Royal Pavillion in Brighton. There is a leisure centre at Lancing and there are a number of good golf courses in the area.
