This Grade II listed, 16th century house is situated right in the centre of medieval Salisbury, a stone’s throw from the St Ann’s Gate pedestrian entrance into the Cathedral Close and within easy walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Although fronting part of the one-way traffic system through the city centre, the house has effective double glazing (1st & 2nd floor) and “triple” glazing (ground floor). It also benefits from a secluded, courtyard garden with steps leading up to an oak decked area above it. The house provides stylish and versatile accommodation arranged on three floors with some of the original character, notably the exposed timber structure, still in evidence.
