Newly built to extremely high specifications, it stands next to the swimming pool in the garden of the owners' house. Sissinghurst (N.T.), the historic naval dockyards and Dickens Centre at Chatham are some of the attractions within an hour's drive. The cathedral city of Canterbury and North Kent coastline are also easily accessible via the M2 motorway. Maidstone, Kent's county town is 2½ miles away and provides good shopping facilities, while the ancient village of Detling, with a good country pub, is within walking distance.
