This oak timber clad building is situated in the garden of an 18th century house, a quarter of a mile down a 'no through lane' which takes you from the village of Stratford-sub-Castle across water meadows to the River Avon. The village is 2 miles north of the historic cathedral city of Salisbury - there are distant views to the cathedral from the barn - and at the beginning of the beautiful Woodford Valley.

From the barn, there is direct access on to a footpath, which follows the River Avon through a nature reserve to Salisbury city centre and the Salisbury Leisure Centre. (The river is also visible some 50 yards from the barn at the bottom of the owner's garden). The location also provides easy access to a number of visitor attractions - the fortifications of Old Sarum Castle, "the original Salisbury" or "Sarisberie", are within walking distance of the village while Stonehenge, Wilton House and Heale House all just 10-15 minutes' drive away. The nearby Woodford Valley has delightful villages and several good pubs.

Miller's Barn has been equipped and furnished to very high specifications with exposed timberwork throughout. It has been awarded a 3 Star grading by Visit Britain.

Entrance into spacious, open plan living room with sitting and dining areas and an excellent fitted kitchen. Stairs lead direct into a good sized bedroom with sloping beamed ceilings and 2 single beds. (A removable stair gate is provided). Separate double bedroom with T.V point. Bathroom/W.C with separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Private, enclosed paved, courtyard garden area to the side of the barn. Use of gas barbecue by arrangement with the owner.
