Set on a small country estate in the grounds of an ancient mill house, Ciderpress is one of three cottages converted from a Kentish Tudor barn which attain heights that few other holiday cottages can surpass. It combines the character of a Grade II listed building with every modern comfort you could wish for. Add to this floodlit tennis, and the beautiful surrounding countryside, and you have a unique holiday opportunity. In 1999, the three cottages were winners of the South East England Tourist Board's Self-Catering Holiday of the Year award and in 2002 won a silver award in the English Tourist Board's England for Excellence Self-Catering Holiday of the Year. All three cottages have the top English Tourism Council 5 star rating.
The cottages are 3 miles from Tonbridge and a 40 minute train journey from London. Medieval castles, stately homes and gardens such as Hever, Leeds, Bodiam, Chartwell and Sissinghurst are abundant in this area and the East Sussex coastline is a 30 mile drive.
Ciderpress Cottage is quite beautifully furnished and decorated, using high quality fabrics and materials, the whole being enhanced by notable Victorian watercolours.

Kitchen/dining area with fitted bleached, oak units. 3 bedrooms - 1 double with 5ft bed and with luxury en suite bathroom/w.c. (including 2 over-bath shower units, bidet etc.), 1 double and en suite bathroom/w.c. and utility area, galleried bedroom with 4' double above the kitchen with access via apple ladder.
