Accommodation

Ground floor entrance with intercom at street level. Stairs lead up to the first floor entrance into the apartment. Vestibule giving access both to a bathroom/wc with shower over the bath and to a large sitting room, which has a fireplace with coal-effect gas fire in an Adam grate; dining area with mahogany dining table. Large double doors lead from the sitting room to the bedroom with king size double “bateau lit.” Small fitted kitchen. One flight of stairs from the apartment entrance leads down to a separate utility room on a half landing.
