Built in 1820 with a flagstone floor in the sitting room, Leys Cottage has been completely refurbished by its present owners to provide accommodation, which offers a high degree of comfort and which is a mix of original features and a more contemporary style in the kitchen and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage, especially to the rear, is a good sized secluded garden with a wealth of shrubs and flower borders.

The cottage is above the lane and reached by steps leading up to the garden.
