Set in attractive rolling landscape of scattered communities and gentle hills overlooking the River Severn, this pretty conversion of a former cider barn is in a very favoured position. Twelve miles from Gloucester and on the edge of the Forest of Dean it is excellently placed for visitors to take full advantage of the wide variety of amenities the area affords. For the historically minded there are the Border castles, Tintern Abbey and the cathedral cities of Gloucester, Hereford and Worcester; and for those keen on outdoor activities the choice is immense - walking on Offa`s Dyke, cycling or riding in the Forest itself and fishing or canoeing on the River Wye. Further afield but still readily accessible are the Cotswolds, the Malvern Hills and the Brecon Beacons. The property is also on the edge of woodland with easy local access to forest paths.
