Situated on top of a hill just outside the village of Ludgvan, mid-way between St Ives and Penzance and in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, St. Michael's is in a very peaceful location and enjoys superb views to the sea encompassing the whole of Mount's bay, with the Mount itself being framed in the middle. The location could hardly be bettered for exploring this dramatic part of Cornwall's coast, with safe sandy beaches a few minutes' drive away; and an almost endless list of interesting places to visit, such as Land's end; St Ives (Tate Gallery, Barbara Hepworth's house etc.) and St. Michael's Mount (NT). There are also numerous activities available locally - golf, riding, sailing, surfing, kite boarding and cycling among others.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard by its owner, who now lives in an adjacent conversion, it retains some of its original features as well as benefiting from a large conservatory at the front.
